Calendar
Please check our calendar for information on class schedule, holiday breaks, rehearsals, and performances. You may also use the calendar to join class virtually if you are in quarantine.
Virtual Learning
Virtual classes will only be made available to those who are in quarantine or those with extenuating circumstances. Please email Georgia Adcock at gadcock@callanwolde.org to request access.
Zoom links will be found on the Calendar. There are instructions on how to join a Zoom class below the calendar. When joining a Zoom class, please keep in mind the following:
- You may not be admitted into the class right away for several reasons:
- Your Zoom name does not match your real name, and the instructor does not know it is you.
- The instructor might be handling carpool simultaneously, and cannot admit students from the Waiting Room yet.
- You or the instructor might be having technical difficulties (Slow WiFi, Zoom crashing, hot spots failing, devices overheating, etc.)
- The instructor might be traveling across campus from one class to their next, please allow them time to get properly set up.
- If you arrive late to the Zoom class, you will have to wait until the instructor can pause to check the Waiting Room.
- Please do not text or email instructors/administrators unless you have been waiting in the Waiting Room for 10+ minutes after class time has started.
- Please do not interrupt the instructor every time their screen glitches or freezes. Allow a few minutes for the stream to catch up. If the problem persists let the instructor know you will be leaving the Zoom class and trying to enter again.
- Technical difficulties are unavoidable and often unforeseeable.
- We will do everything we can to assist and support your dancer as we transition to virtual learning. We thank you for helping us to do this
